In addition, the PYRO-SA includes the ‘Sulfated Ashing Module’ and VAC-1000 Acid Scrubber. The VAC-1000 has a stainless steel chassis that contains the condensing and scrubbing modules and features a high-performance, double-stage, PTFE pump. Most of the components are made of high-resistance PTFE material to insure longevity.
